​Da un bellissimo manoscritto del 1542 particolarmente decorato (soprattutto nei capilettera) che si conserva presso la biblioteca di Cambrai, in Francia.
Si tratta di composizioni a 4 voci, tutte sacre, anche se le rappresentazioni sono spesso piuttosto... goliardiche, se non addirittura prepornografiche (v.il video).
Il testo del canto mariano è il seguente, messo in musica tra gli altri da Paolo Animuccia, Carlo Gesualdo, Heinrich Isaac e Johannes Kapsberger; in questo caso (ma non per tutte e 4 le voci) la definizione "Regina coeli" è sostituita da "Regina poli", che pure si trova in qualche altra variante medievale come attributo di Maria.

Ave sanctissima Maria, mater Dei, regina caeli [regina poli], porta paradisi, domina mundi.
Pura singularis tu es virgo.
Tu concepisti Jesum sine peccato.
Tu peperisti creatorem et salvatorem mundi in quo [ego] non dubito.
Libera nos ab omnibus malis,
et ora pro peccatis nostris.

Transcription from a beautiful manuscript from Cambrai's libary, dated 1542, which is particularly decorated especially in its initials, often - although all compositions are sacred - with a ... bibulous if not prepornographic accent (see the video).
Here's the text of the composition, used among others by Animuccia, Gesualdo, Isaac and Kapsberger too; in some parts of it the words "Regina coeli" are replaced by "Regina poli", rarely, but not uniquely found in other medioeval prayers to Mary.

Hail most holy Mary, mother of God, queen of heaven, gate of paradise, ruler of the world.
You are a uniquely pure virgin.
You conceived Jesus without sin.
You bore the creator and saviour of the world in whom I do not doubt.
Free us from all evil,
and pray for us sinners
