Mottetto a 4 voci per il giorno di Pasqua di Johannes Galliculus, teorico musicale e compositore tedesco attivo prevalentemente a Lipsia tra il 1520 e il 1550. 
Il testo del mottetto, che non si riscontra in nessun'altra composizione dell'epoca, ma che riecheggia lontanamente il preconio pasquale, recita: 
"Cristo, risorgendo, ha attratto a se' una moltitudine, alleluia alleluia
che, sconfitto il perfido nemico. ha sottratto alle sporche tenebre, alleluia.
O notte più serena del giorno nel quale Dio, superata la misera sconfitta, risorge a nuova Luce, alleluia.
Ci ha riportato l'antica libertà che avevamo perduto
perciò adesso, Cristiani, gridate a gran voce: Alleluia."

A 4-voices motet for Easter day by Johannes Galliculus, a tmusic theorist and composer from the first half of the 16th century, mainly active in Leipzig.
The text of the motet is not to be found in any other composition of the time, and is in some part similar to the Paschal Præconium; it goes approximately like that: 
"Christ has risen from the dead and attracted many people, taking them away from the ugly darkness of the mean enemy from hell. Halleluja.
O, night, clearer than the day, when God has overthrown defeat itself, arising to a new light. Halleluja. 
He gave us back our lost freedom, so now, all you Christians, sing out loud: Halleluja."
