An antiphone for 6 voices. for the Responsorium de Officium Defunctorum Ad Matutinum by Jacobus Handl (or Gallus): 
"O Lord, when thou comest to judge the world,
where shall I hide myself from the face of thy wrath?
For I have sinned exceedingly in my life.
I dread my sins, I blush before thee:
When thou comest to judge, do not condemn me,
For I have sinned exceedingly in my life."

This motet is taken from Handl's "Opus Musicum, published in 1577, a large collection of works by him for 4 to 8 voices, republished with a few mistakes by Erhard Bodenschatz in 1614 in his Florilegium Portense.
